Youngsville Borough falls under the Warren County Planning and Zoning regulations.Â
A zoning permit is required for ALL structures including carports, storage shed (on skids or on a foundation), swimming pools (in-ground and above ground and the decks around them), garages, homes, businesses, etc. in the township that will be located on the property more than thirty (30) days. A permit application can be found here.
